To stop hearing from us

Reply to any message with the word Unsubscribe, use the link at the bottom of the message, or write to hello@lucifertech.com. We act on it straight away, and always within 7 days. After that you will not hear from us again unless you write to us first.

What we hold

If you have received a message from us, we hold your e-mail address and the few details we need to write to you sensibly, such as your name and the organisation you work for. If you write to us, we also hold your message and our reply.

What we do with it

We use it to write to you, to answer you and to keep a record of what we have sent. Your details stay with us and are not sold or passed on for advertising.

Your choices

• Ask what we hold about you, and where we found your address. We will tell you.
• Ask us to correct it or to delete it.
• Ask us to stop writing to you.

Write to hello@lucifertech.com for any of these. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may raise it with the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
